When you have successfully placed your order, you will be sent an email within the next 24 hours with your order details and your order number. All order confirmations are sent to the email address that you provide to us at the checkout. All products are handmade and in small studios with all processes being done by the same person all the way through. Finishes on all our products has the characteristics of being handmade/ homemade and should not be compared to factory made garments. This is exactly what we think makes our products special. Should you however not find it as charming as us then please refer to to the section about cancellation.

All items are subject to availability. We will try to keep updating our website fresh. All items are in very limited editions and therefore each item will sell out quickly and cannot be reordered. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available. If you feel so despite to get out of stock item, please contact us we will try to help you. CANCELLATION
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you do so by email within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. But please let us know as soon as possible by email with quoting your order number. If we receive your email before your goods have actually been posted, we will refund you full amount. If your order has already been dispatched you will need return back to us by your expense. Also item delivery charge will be deducted from your refund. We will process a card/cheque/postal order refund as soon as possible, and notify you by email once we have received return item.
