Can I pay without having a PayPal account?

All credit cards are accepted via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account - just follow the instructions and you will see how easy it is.             

I really really want to try on some dresses. Can I come home to you in Fulham and try them on?

Yes you can! Send me an email on mette@flawlessonline.co.uk and we can set something up straight away!  

As the items on this website are second hand and/or handmade, why are they not cheaper?

Labour of love does not come cheap and all of the products on Flawlessonline are unique and have taken time to produce.  Though most of the designers  represented on Flawlessonline need to make a living from what they produce,  they would never compromise on their materials or the process just to sell more.

The items here are made by individuals who against all odds, keep doing what makes them happy and aim to make you happy as well. The production on Flawlessonline represents a different way of thinking and running a business than what you find reflected in prices on the High Street. When you buy from us then you directly support the person behind the product, the flawless website and when shopping at our homeparties then you also support our favorite U.K. Children's Charity. That's it!

 The secondhand items on the site have mostly been altered or  repaired and that is reflected in the price. Flawlessonline do not negotiate prices with suppliers. We simply ask "how much do you want for that?". To that we add our own profit as well as the share we donate to charity. All contributers to Flawlessonline enjoy being here so they only take what they think is reasonable for their labour and materials.We are not any different from our customers so we find it easy to say that our customers appreciate it when things are truly unique, made with great care by a happy person and in a way that keeps waste and transport to a minimum.
