Delivery and ReturnsAll price include Postage, packing costs and insurance charges (not applicable for some deliveries). This amount will be added to your Order Total before you submit your payment.
UK delivery will be dispatched next day (Monday to Friday) of receipt of order and once payment has been confirmed. Item(s) will be received with in 3-5 working days. Please allow 10 working days for all deliveries outside mainland UK.
All packages are send by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, and will require a signature upon arrival. Please provide us with an address where someone will be in to sign for the delivery (e.g. work address, neighbour, friend). Deliveries outside of the UK are normally sent via International Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please note, if your package is returned to us we will charge for re-delivery.
We aim to deliver from stock. If there is likely to be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order. We do try to ensure that we have a good stock of all products, but from time to time some items sell faster than we can anticipate. If the item you order is out of stock we will do our best to get it for you as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will cancel your order immediately and inform you.

Your goods will be hand checked for quality and individually wrapped in garment bags, containing a tag.
ReturnsWe are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund with copy of receipt within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be in perfect resalable condition same as you receipt it. We cannot accept worn or washed garments. We are not able to refund or exchange any used, sale, sample or promotional items.
Please return item with obtain proof of postage, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. We will not refund your return postage unless you received the wrong item or the item was damaged or faulty. All UK exchanges are subject to a £4.95 return delivery charge and overseas as itemised in our delivery charges.
Please inform us by e-mail (mette@mettemitchell.co.uk) before return the item, include your order number, explaining what you are returning and why, and if you require an exchange or a refund, so we are alerted to the arrival of your package. We will refund your card/cheque/postal order, upon receipt of your item and notify you by email once this transaction has been completed. We will process to send your exchange items as quickly as possible.
*If goods have not been returned within this period we are entitled to make a charge to reflect the cost of collecting goods from you and deduct this from the refund.
